Rules and guidelines for using the Propertees.in platform
Welcome to Propertees.in (“Platform”, “Propertees”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), owned and operated by True View Technologies Pvt. Ltd..
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Propertees.in, mobile applications operated under the Propertees brand, and related products, tools, and services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and that information provided by you is accurate and lawful.
Propertees is a digital platform facilitating property listing, discovery, and communication. We act only as an intermediary technology platform and do not own properties, guarantee transactions, or provide legal ownership assurances.
You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent conduct.
Users posting property info agree they have lawful authority to do so. Propertees reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove listings that are fake, duplicate, or violate platform policies.
Brokers and agents must comply with applicable real estate and regulatory laws. They are solely responsible for commissions, representations, and dealings with other users.
Users agree not to violate laws, upload malicious software, or harass other users. We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities where necessary.
Transactions conducted through the Platform are solely between users. Propertees is not a party to sale/lease agreements or brokerage contracts. Users are responsible for their own due diligence.
Certain features may involve fees. Users are responsible for applicable taxes. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
All Platform content, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to True View Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described therein.
Propertees is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services (payment gateways, mapping, etc.) linked from our platform.
The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee accuracy of listings, transaction completion, or continuous uptime.
True View Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or failed transactions between users.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Propertees against claims arising from their conduct, content, or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and restrict access without prior notice for security or legal compliance purposes.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
